Valery (P.) Fishman

Valery P. Fishman of Haren Drive, Rocky Hill, husband of Lyubov (Goldengersh) Fishman, died Sunday (April 16, 2006). He had been an electrical engineer for Northeast Utilities. He had been head of the aero department of a military plant in Kiev, Ukraine. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Yuri Fishman and his wife Helen of Farmingdale, L.I.N.Y.; a sister Ella in Russia; three grandchildren, Leah, Steven and Rachel Fishman. Funeral services will be TODAY, 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford. with Rabbi Philip Lazowski officiating. Burial will be in the Emanuel Synagogue Cemetery, Wethersfield. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
