Born in Hartford, on Oct 7, 1926, son of Leon and Bertha (Jason) Barall, Stanley was a graduate of Hartford Public High School. He served as 1st Sgt. with the US Army Infantry in the Pacific Theater in World War II. After the war, Stanley attended and graduated the University of CT and the University of CT School of Law. He retired earlier this year from his law practice after fifty years, and from his Magistrate position with the Connecticut Superior Court. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at 1:00 PM with Rabbi Gary Atkins and Rabbi Philip Lazowski officiating. Interment will follow in the Beth Hillel Synagogue Cemetery, East Granby. The family will receive relatives and friends at Beth Hillel Synagogue, 160 Wintonbury Avenue, Bloomfield, immediately following interment .
