Sidney Green

Sidney Green of Manchester, husband of Harriet Green, passed away on Sunday (January 27, 2013) at the Hebrew Home in West Hartford. He was born on Feb. 10, 1929 in Dorchester MA; son of Morris and Minerva (Hirshorn) Green. He is the youngest brother of four boys. In addition to his wife Harriet, he is survived by a son Mitchell Green of Sarasota FL; and three grandchildren, Nathan, Cody, and Mathew. He served in the army and is a veteran of the Korean war. A service will be held at Temple Beth Shalom cemetery Tuesday at 11 a.m.
