Shirley G. (Pasternack) Haas of Boynton Beach, FL, formerly of West Hartford and Manchester passed away peacefully at her home on June 20, 2011. Dear wife of Alexander R. Haas; beloved mother of Marvin I. Haas of NY, NY, Karen E. Gottfried and her husband Neal of Wellington, FL, and Leslie Silverman and her husband Samuel of West Hartford; loving sister of Phyllis Handler of Plainview, NY; devoted grandmother of David Gottfried (Tracy), Michael Gottfried (Krista), Bruce Mildwurf (Linda) and Ilyce Chizmadia (Robert); and cherished great-grandmother of nine.
