Shirley Gross

Shirley Gross, 99, of Corbin Ave., New Britain, formerly of Burnside Ave., East Hartford, died Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late James and Selma (Rosenthal) Gross. She was the former owner of Jimmy?s Hot Dog Stand, Crystal Lake, Ellington for 76 years, retiring in 2004. She leaves her dear friend, Stella Kulagowski of East Hartford. A graveside funeral service will be held TODAY, Wednesday, 30 May 2007 at 10:00 AM in the Knesseth Israel Cemetery, Ellington.
