Shirley (B. Rechtschafer) Frank

Shirley B. Frank, 89, of Cromwell and formerly of Bloomfield, passed away on Tuesday (November 22, 2011) at Ledgecrest Health Care Center in Kensington. Born in Hartford, July 2, 1922, Shirley was the daughter of the late Israel and Clara Rechtschafer, and widow of Jules B. Frank. Shirley graduated from Weaver High School and retired from the Connecticut General Insurance Company where she worked in the Personnel Department. She leaves her three daughters, Marilyn Eigen of Georgia, Pamela Frank-Hall of Marlborough, and Deena Buddle of Southington; her sons-in-law, William Eigen, Phillip Hall and Scott Buddle; her cherished granddaughters, Lani Hall and Victoria Buddle, and her beloved sister and brother-in -law, Sylvia and Jay Lichtenbaum. Shirley was predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law, Alyce and Al Waxman. The family would like to thank the staff at Ledgecrest Health Care for their wonderful care. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 25, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at the Aaron Association Cemetery on Garden St in Hartford.
