Selma (Silverstein Gurian) Kovalik

Selma (Silverstein) (Gurian) Kovalik, of Corbin Ave., New Britain, formerly of Bristol and Colchester, widow of Harry Gurian and Leo Kovalik, Jr., died Tuesday, December 6, 2005. She was a member of Temple Sinai, Newington, and a former member of Hadassah. She leaves two daughters: Joyce Gurian Sylvester of Pittsfield, MA, and Betsy-Kay Gurian Kraus and her husband Howard of Buffalo Grove, IL; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A graveside funeral service will be held TODAY, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 7, at 1:30 PM in Temple Sinai Memorial Park, Newington with Rabbi Jeffrey Bennett officiating.
