Rose (Goodman) Wolfson

Rose (Goodman) Wolfson, 97 years of age, of Delray Beach, FL, formerly of West Hartford, died Wednesday, September 15, 2010. She was the widow of Desmond ‘Bud’ Wolfson. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Solomon and Sarah Goodman. Rose was a member of Hadassah. She leaves her children, Elaine Griswold of Farmington, and Alan L. Wolfson and his wife Sheila of Orlando, FL; four grandchildren, Deborah Smith, Steven Griswold, Rick Wolfson and his wife Erin, and Kerri Wolfson; and three great-granddaughters, Sarah Niksa and her fiancee Justin, Miel Rose Mott, and Jordyn Wolfson. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 20, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Farmington Valley Jewish Congregation-Emek Shalom Memorial Park, Mountainview Ave., Avon with Rabbi Howard Herman officiating.
