Rose "Rae" (Schloss) Rottner

Rose “Rae” (Schloss) Rottner passed away peacefully on Sunday (December 28, 2008) at Hebrew Health Care in West Hartford. Rae was born in Hartford on March 11, 1917, the daughter of Jacob and Lena Schloss. She was the beloved wife of the late Oscar Rottner. She is survived by her son Joel and his wife Susan of West Hartford and their son Joshua, and her son Fredrick and his wife Karen of Glastonbury and their sons Michael, Daniel and Jeffrey. She is also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews. The family wishes to express its thanks to all her caregivers. Funeral Services will be held graveside on Tuesday, December 30, at 2 p.m. at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, Boynton Beach, FL. Memorial donations may be made to Hebrew Health Care, 1 Abrahms Blvd, West Hartford, CT 06117. Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Sunday, January 11, 2009, 2-5 p.m. at the home of Joel Rottner, 4 Hillsboro Dr., West Hartford, CT.
