Rose (Novick) Schwartz

Rose (Novick) Schwartz of Abrahms Blvd., West Hartford, widow of Alexander Schwartz, died Tuesday, December 19, 2006. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Louis and Sarah Novick. She was a volunteer for the Alzheimer?s Association. She leaves a son: Mark Schwartz and his wife Katherine of Old Saybrook; a daughter: Faith Bleesz and her husband Raymond of Edwards, CO; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; a brother: Warren Novick of Bloomfield; and three sisters: Juliette Greene and Esther Epstein both of West Hartford, and Cynthia Coccia of Denver, CO. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2006 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford with Rabbi Jeffrey Bennett officiating. A Memorial Period will be observed at the home of her son, Mark, 227 Hidden Cove Rd., Old Saybrook, following the funeral on Thursday.
