Rose Goldberg

Rose Goldberg, 83, of Abrahms Blvd., West Hartford, died Friday, August 24, 2007. Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late William and Ida (Pedro) Goldberg. She was a member of Temple B?nai Israel, New Britain. She leaves a sister, Mrs. Shirley Gottlieb and her husband Seymour of Avon, nieces: Jan Shabot and Miriam Lappen; Nephews: Steven Goldberg, Ross Gottlieb and William Gottlieb; and a sister-in-law, Beatrice Goldberg. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 26, 2007 at 11:45 AM in the Beth Alom Cemetery, Allen St., New Britain, with Rabbi Marshal Press officiating. A memorial period will be observed Sunday at the home of her sister, Shirley, 35 Conifer Lane, Avon, following the funeral.
