Robert Stamm

Robert Stamm, age 86, of Mt Prospect, IL and Lake Worth, FLA, died Wednesday, January 25, 2006 in Illinois. He was the beloved husband of the late Helen (Weinstein) Stamm, devoted and loving father of Leslie (Yacov) Rozen, of Kfar Tabor, Israel, Michael Stamm of Addison, IL, Judi (Sidney) Frankel of Aurora, IL; proud grandparent of Dana, Tamar, and Michal Rozen and of Lanie and Daniel Frankel; dear brother to Ethel Zemp of Hartford, and dear brother-in-law of Lee Weinstein, West Hartford. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Julius and Rebecca (Wolf) Stamm. He served as a US Army Officer in Europe in WWII. He was a Senior Claims Executive for CNA until his retirement in 1986. Funeral services will be held on Sunday Jan 29th at 10:30 am in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford with Rabbi Yitzchok Adler officiating. Interment will follow in the Knesseth Israel Cemetery, Ellington. A memorial period will be observed at the home of Lee Weinstein, 83 Dover Road, West Hartford on Sunday following the funeral.
