Richard Singer, 69, of Rocky Hill died March 15, 2018, at Hartford Hospital. A loving husband for 14 years, he and his wife Julie shared his love of music, animals, and spirited discussion. He is also survived by his sisters, Carolyn Bollinger (Larry) and Joan Singer. Donations in his memory may be made to the CT Humane Society, 701 Russell Rd., Newington, CT 06111.
