Rakhil Shelom, D.D.S., 73 years of age, of Hoboken, NJ, died Wednesday, July 2, 2014. Born in the USSR, she was the daughter of the late Abraham and Bronya (Albert) Shelom. She leaves her son, Michael Shelby of West Hartford, CT; and her grandchildren Nika and Ryan Shelby. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Mt.
