Murry (J.) Levine

Murry J. Levine of Highland St., West Hartford, husband of the late Ruth (Koppelman) Levine, died Monday, December 18, 2006. Born in Meriden, he was the son of the late Max and Esther Levine. Murry was a graduate of the University of Connecticut, and a US Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member and Past President of Temple Beth Tefilah in East Hartford, as well as a Mason. He had worked at Olivetti Underwood and Coleco for many years. He leaves a son: Eric Levine and his wife Joan of Cranford, NJ; two daughters: Martha Hennessey and her husband Mark of West Hartford and Debra Chillock and her husband John of Glastonbury; and three grandchildren: David Levine and Michael and Rachel Hennessey. A graveside funeral service will be held TODAY, Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at 1:00 PM in the Hebrew Cemetery, Corrigan Ave., Meriden. A memorial period will be observed at the home of his daughter Debra, 566 Addison Rd., Glastonbury today following the funeral through Thursday evening.
