Milton A. Rosenbloom, 100 years of age, of Bloomfield, CT and formally of Trumbull, CT, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 26, 2026. He was the beloved husband of the late Betty (Cohen) Rosenbloom. Born in Scranton, PA, he was the son of the late Edward Louis Rosenbloom and Rose (Rosenberg) Rosenbloom.
Milton proudly served his country as a World War II Veteran. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton and went on to become an executive in the wholesale grocery business before retiring. Milton and his wife Betty shared a deeply devoted life, centered on family and the many moments they cherished together, a bond that remained with him always.
He is survived by his daughter, Jacqueline Rosenbloom Bazzano, of West Hartford, CT, and his beloved granddaughter, Marissa (Lazinsk) Fischer, of Boston, Massachusetts, along with many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 29, 2026 in the Chapel of Beth El Temple, 2626 Albany Ave., West Hartford, CT, with Rabbi James Rosen officiating. Interment will take place at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 30, 2026 in the Congregation Rodeph Sholom Cemetery, 183 Kings Highway East, Fairfield, CT. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Rosenbloom home, 36 Bay Hill Drive, Bloomfield, on Thursday evening from 5:30 to 8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Beth El Temple or Congregation Rodeph Sholom.
