Mildred ((Miller)) Rosner

Mildred (Miller) Rosner, 96 years of age, of West Hartford died Saturday, April 25, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late David Rosner. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Lena Miller. She was a graduate of Weaver High School. She worked for Brown Thompson and Sage Allen as a sales associate. She was an active member in the Rebeccas of the Aaron Welfare Association. She will always be remembered for all of the love she gave to her family and friends, for her singing, dancing, her love of playing the piano and entertaining, especially with her grandchildren. Family gatherings were always special. She leaves her children, Howard J. Rosner of Rocky Hill, Gary A. Rosner and his wife Laurie of Enfield, and Eileen L. Marholin and her husband Gersh of Boynton Beach, FL, her brother, Sid Miller and his wife Phyllis of Henderson, NV, four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff, nurses, and aids at the Hebrew Home. Private funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 28 at 1:00 p.m. at the Aaron Association Cemetery, Garden St., Hartford with Rabbi Philip Lazowski officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Hebrew Home and Hospital, 1 Abrahms Rd, West Hartford, CT 06117.
