Maxine A Finman

Maxine Adele Haber Finman, 86 of West Hartford CT. Born in Hartford CT on June 26, 1940 to August 28, 2026. She lived a wonderful 86 years. Graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy and was a pharmacist for many years for AllCare Pharmacy in Plainville and Avon Corner Pharmacy. Caring wife to Richard for 63 years, mother to Jodi and Jonathan. She was smart and kind and most often she had the correct answers to whatever you asked her. She loved to cook holiday meals for all of us. We will all miss her so much.

She leaves behind her beloved husband, Richard, her son, Jonathan, daughter-in-law, Amanda and grandson, Zachary, her daughter, Jodi Marks, son-in-law, Evan, grandchildren, Rachel and Adam and his wife Vivi and many friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Maxine’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, 11am at Hartford Mutual Society Cemetery, 80 Wolcott Road, East Granby CT.
