Louis Solomson

Louis H. Solomson, 94 years of age, of West Hartford, died Monday, September 14, 2009. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Raymond and Sarah (Simivitch) Solomson. Louis was a US Army veteran of World War II. He worked for the US Postal Service until he retired. He leaves his niece, Judith Klemba and her husband John of West Hartford; and two nephews, Robert Simons and his wife Barbara of West Hartford and Howard Simons of Galloway, NJ; as well as several additional nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Nathan Solomson, Samuel Solomson, Sidney Solomson; and by his sisters, Vera Bayer, Rose Drew and Sadie Solomson. Funeral services will be private with interment in the United Synagogues of Greater Hartford Memorial Park, Wethersfield. Arrangements are entrusted to Weinstein Mortuary, Hartford.
