KAMBERG, Leo Kamberg, 90, of Starkel Road, West Hartford, died Monday, July 18th. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Jacob and Rose (Naslovich) Kamberg. He was a US Army Veteran of World War II. Mr. Kamberg was a plumber in the Hartford area for over 60 years before he retired. He leaves his wife, Freda (Shapiro) Kamberg, whom he adored and was devoted to for over 70 years; his sister, Dorothy Rudin, of West Hartford; his brother-in-law, Julius Shapiro and his wife Frances of Florida; his sister-in-law, Ruth Schectter of California; his sister-in-law, Betty Kamberg of Vermont; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Jack E. Kamberg and by his brother Harry Kamberg. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 20, 2005 at the Wolkowysker Society Cemetery, Tower Avenue, Hartford, with Rabbi Jeffrey Bennett officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Temple Sinai, 41 West Hartford Rd., Newington 06111. Arrangements are entrusted to Weinstein Mortuary, Hartford.
