Joseph J. Kugler, Jr., of Barbara Dr., East Hartford, died Wednesday, December 7, 2011. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Joseph J. and Mary (Sedorak) Kugler. He was a member of the Army Navy Club in Manchester, and the Fin, Fur & Feather Club in Chaplin. He leaves his wife, Lynn (Ackerman) Kugler; a son: Michael Raggo and his wife Linda of Auburn, GA; four daughters: Laurie Nericcio and her husband John of Coventry, Kathy Kugler of Summerville, SC, Holly Mayer of Moncks Corner, SC, and Susan Wear and her husband Tim of Colchester, VT; six grandchildren: Sara Raggo, Marissa Giuliano, Taylor Giuliano, Lindsey Kugler, Nicholas Mayer, and Tracy Wear; and a sister, Joyce Wight and her husband Merritt of Mashpee, MA. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, from 3:00 - 5:00 PM at the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford, with a funeral service on Monday, December 12, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, with Rabbi Jeffrey Bennett officiating. Interment will follow in the Kol Haverim Cemetery, Jordan Lane Extension, Wethersfield.
