Jessica (Dean) Meltsner

Jessica Meltsner, originally from Waterford, long time resident of West Hartford, and most recently of Colchester, widow of Stephen L. Meltsner, (Col. USAF/CNG) died peacefully Thursday evening. A retired dental hygienist, she was an avid art collector, who loved the work of Robert Caufield, Japanese woodblock prints, and she adored her two Dobermans. She is survived by her loving son, Adam, daughter-in-law, Erin, and her two granddaughters. Per her wishes, there will be no funeral.
