Jack (H.) Cutler

Jack H. Cutler, 80, of Trout Brook Dr., West Hartford, husband of the late Nettie (Snyder) Cutler, died Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at St. Francis Hospital & Medical Center, Hartford. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Rebecca (Gilman) Cutler. He was a US Army Veteran. A member of Beth Hillel Synagogue, Bloomfield, Jack was a participant in many organizations. He was a retired Attorney and Chief Probation Officer of the State of Connecticut. He was a man of true integrity who will be extremely missed by all. A loving father and grandfather, he leaves a son: Dr. Bruce Cutler and his wife Sharon of West Hartford; three daughters: Cynthia Cousineau and her husband Bill of Newington, Dianne Wayland and her husband Ted of East Hampton, Susan Bieber and her husband Michael of West Hartford; and six grandchildren: Rebecca, Sara, Amy, Joseph, Evan, and Julie. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 25, 2008 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford. Interment will follow in the Cutler Family Circle Cemetery in West Hartford. A memorial period will be observed Friday, following the funeral, at the home of his daughter Susan, 78 Barksdale Road, West Hartford until sundown.
