Ilse (Hahn) Kaufman

Ilse (Hahn) Kaufman, 92, of West Hartford, widow of Sidney Kaufman, died Tuesday, February 27, 2007. Born in Germany, she was the daughter of the late Moritz and Bertha (Benjamin) Hahn. She was a member of Congregation Tikvoh Chadoshoh of Bloomfield. She leaves a son, Martin G. Kaufman and his wife Susan of Scottsdale, AZ; a daughter Marion K. Mazo and her husband Barry of West Hartford; four grandchildren: Lisa Sinuk and her husband David, Michael Kaufman, Cheryl Greenwald and Barbara Panos; and a great granddaughter Macey Sinuk. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 4, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Congregation Tikvoh Chadoshoh Cemetery, Club House Rd., Windsor, with Rabbi Lilly Kaufman officiating. A memorial period will be observed at her home, on Sunday following the funeral. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor?s choice.
