Grace (Licker) Goodman

Grace (Licker) Goodman, 90 years of age, of Nashua, NH, formerly of West Hartford, CT, died Monday, April 21, 2014. She was the widow of Saul Goodman. Born in The Bronx, NY, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Lena (Pockrass) Licker. She taught nursery school at Beth El Temple in West Hartford, CT and at the Mandell Jewish Community Center in West Hartford, CT. She was a member of Beth El Temple of West Hartford. She leaves her daughter, Debbie Waldman and her husband Leonard of Nashua, NH; and three grandchildren, Samantha L. Goodman, Justin A. Waldman, and Stephanie L. Goodman. She was predeceased by her son Steven L. Goodman. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 25, 2014 in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford, CT with Rabbi James Rosen officiating. Interment will follow in Beth El Temple Cemetery, Avon, CT. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association , 2075 Silas Deane Highway, Suite 100, Rocky Hill, CT 06067.
