Gloria Breitman

Gloria (Salz) Breitman, 95, of West Hartford died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late Saul H. Breitman. Born in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late David and Mary (Jacobson) Salz.

Gloria was a homemaker and also worked part-time in the family business, Salz Style Shop.

She leaves her daughter, Susan F. Breitman of West Hartford; her son, Richard D. Breitman and his wife, Carol, of Bethesda, MD; her grandsons, David and Marc. She also leaves her brother Robert Salz and several nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services were held on Nov.19, 2015. In respect for her love of animals, memorial donations may be made to the CT Humane Society, 701 Russell Rd., Newington, CT 06111 or to any animal rescue society. Arrangements were entrusted to Weinstein Mortuary.
