Florence Perlstein

Florence Perlstein, 86, of Bloomfield, CT passed away June 30 surrounded by family and friends. Predeceased by husband, Julian Perlstein; son, Dana Perlstein; and sister, Adele Gaster. Survived by son, Abram Perlstein; niece, Emeline Jacobs; nephew Jeffrey Gaster; grand niece, Sharon Jacobs; grand nephew, Michael Jacobs, and many extended family and loving friends. An avid gardener, voracious reader, movie lover, line dancer, and square dancer, Florence will most likely best be remembered by countless admiring students and staff for her many years teaching in the Bloomfield public schools. Funeral, Tuesday, July 2, 10 a.m., Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Av. Hartford.
