Florence (Gipstein) Berman

Florence (Gipstein) Berman, 99, of East Hartford, died Sunday, December 14, 2008. She was the widow of Max Hyman Berman. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Max and Ida (Sternberg) Gipstein. She leaves two sons, Melvin Berman and his wife Ethel of Manchester, and Victor Berman and his wife Janet of East Hartford; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday, December 15, 2008 at the First Ludmir Benevolent Association Cemetery, Cleveland Ave. Ext., Hartford. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor?s choice. Arrangements are entrusted to Weinstein Mortuary, Hartford.
