Enid (Brooks) Borstein

Enid (Brooks) Borstein, 85, of Abrahms Blvd, West Hartford, widow of Morris Borstein, died Monday, March 10, 2008. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Mary (Traub) Brooks. She leaves a son, David Borstein and his wife Agneta of West Hartford; two daughters: Elena Borstein and her husband Ian Whitecross of Elizabethtown, NY, and Susan Borstein of Tarrytown, NY; two grandchildren: Kristina and Alberto; a brother: Elihu Brooks of Michigan, and a sister: Elmina Roberts of California. A graveside funeral service will be held TODAY, March 11, 2008 at 11:30 AM in the Emanuel Synagogue Cemetery, Wethersfield. A memorial period will be observed at the home of David and Agneta Borstein, 1610 Asylum Ave., West Hartford, following the funeral.
