Dorothy S. Kling, 88, loving wife of the late Albert Kling, of West Hartford, passed away Saturday, (January 20, 2007), at Hartford Hospital. Dorothy was born March 21, 1918, in Hartford to the late Sarah and Paul Sherman. She graduated from Weaver High School and attended Rider College. She was a homemaker and also worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 20 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and aunt. She is survived by her son Dr. Paul Kling, Roseann Kling, her daughter Beth Kling Goldberg, her son-in-law Alan Goldberg, and her granddaughters Sarah and Mimi. She was a devoted aunt to Samuel and Sally Herrup, Bobbi and Dr. Kenneth Sanders, and great-aunt to Abigail and Emily Herrup, and Robert and Geoffrey Sanders. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 23, at 11 a.m. in the chapel at the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford, with Rabbi Stephen Fuchs officiating. Interment will follow at the Beth Israel Cemetery, Hartford. The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday following the funeral at the family home, 358 Auburn Rd., W. Hartford.
