Deanna (Rubenstein) Koch

Deanna (Rubenstein) Koch, 71 years of age, of West Hartford, formerly of Bronx, NY, died Thursday, August 11, 2011. Born in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Moe and May (Silverstein) Rubenstein. Deanna graduated from Long Island University and taught in the New York and New Britain Public School Systems. Later, she worked in banking. She was the loving wife of Dr. Lawrence W. Koch; beloved mother of Randi Beth Daigle and her husband Arthur of Plymouth, Jonathan Blair Koch of Ft. Lauderdale, FL,, and Jennifer Lynn Koch of Pomfret; cherished grandmother of Abigail M. Koch, Jacob M. Daigle, and Lilly G. Koch. She was predeceased by her brother Howard Rubenstein. Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 14, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford with interment in Fairview Cemetery, West Hartford.
