Daniel (S.) Dworetsky

Daniel S. Dworetsky, 26 years of age, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 29, 2013 in Delray Beach, FL. Born in Hartford, he was the son of Kenneth L. Dworetsky and Arlene P. (Goldberg) Dworetsky of Glastonbury. Dan graduated from Mitchell College in New London, CT with a BS degree in Sport Management. Besides his loving parents, he leaves behind his faithful brother, Matthew. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Solomon and Ruth (Goldberg) Goldberg, and survived by his paternal grandparents, Benjamin and Sally Dworetsky of West Hartford, CT. Daniel is also survived by his many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Daniel will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 3, 2013 in the Sanctuary of Congregation Kol Haverim, 1079 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury 06033 with Rabbi Craig Marantz officiating. Interment will follow in Congregation Kol Haverim Cemetery, Jordan Lane Ext. Wethersfield. A memorial period will be observed Thursday following the interment through Monday, October 7, at the home of Kenneth and Arlene Dworetsky, 63 Long Hill Drive, Glastonbury 06033, service at 7 PM each evening except for Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Kol Haverim or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
