Clara (Wolinsky) Zilberg

ZILBERG, Clara (Wolinsky) Zilberg, 94, of West Hartford died Friday, July 25, 2008 at the Hebrew Home & Hospital. She was the widow of Abraham Zilberg. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Nathan and Tillie (Goldberg) Wolinsky.She worked for many years at Aetna Life & Casualty before she retired. She did volunteer work reading for the blind and she was a member of Beth David Synagogue of West Hartford. She leaves her daughter, Frances M. Kohn of Scarsdale, NY; her son, Dr. Nathan Zilberg of Kentfield, CA; and a granddaughter. She predeceased by her brother, Isadore Wolinsky. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 28, 2008 at 11:30 am in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford with interment in the Beth David Synagogue Cemetery, Wethersfield.
