Charlotte (Stoltz) Simonovitz

Charlotte Simonovitz, 93, of West Hartford, CT passed away peacefully at the Hebrew Home on Wednesday, July 29th. She was the daughter of the late Philip and Sarah (Rome) Stoltz. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert, and her son Steven. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Stuart Wachtel. She is also survived by her three grandchildren and their spouses, Randy and Rachel Wachtel, Dena (Wachtel) and Rabbi Daniel Stein and Marissa (Wachtel) and Michael Krebs and her three great-grandchildren, Tyler, Cole and Miri. She leaves behind her brother Albert Stoltz of West Hartford, CT and her brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Phyllis Stoltz of Venice, FL. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Hebrew Home, and especially the staff of 4th floor North for their compassion and wonderful care of Charlotte.

A graveside service and burial be held on Friday, July 31st at 11:00 am at Congregation B’nai Tikvoh Sholom Cemetery, 10 Club House Road, Windsor CT 06095. The family will receive relatives and friends at the home of Susan and Stuart Wachtel after the service until 5:00 pm on Friday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hebrew Home or Beth El Temple, both in West Hartford. Arrangements are entrusted to Weinstein Mortuary, Hartford, CT.
