Carol (Levinsohn) Rubman

Carol (Levinsohn) Rubman of Vernon, widow of Arnold Rubman, died Sunday, May 8, 2005. She was a commercially rated instrument flight instructor, a member of the Ninety-Nines and the AOPA. She leaves a son, Gilbert Rubman and his wife Michele of Covington, LA; a daughter, Susan Rubman Gold and her husband Robert of West Hartford; and two beloved grandchildren: Stephanie and Rebecca Gold. Funeral services will be held TODAY, Tuesday, May 10, at 2:00 PM at the Beth El Temple Cemetery, Avon, with Rabbi James Rosen officiating. A memorial period will be observed at the home of her daughter, 9 Timrod Lane, West Hartford through Sunday evening. Memorial contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurse and Health Services of Connecticut, Inc., 8 Keynote Drive, Vernon 06066 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
