Carol ((Simon)) Rosenbloom

Carol (Simon) Rosenbloom, 83 years of age, of West Hartford, died on Monday, August 15, 2016. She was the beloved wife of the late Bernard Rosenbloom. Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, she was the daughter of the late Nathan and Ruth (Weiss) Simon.

Carol leaves her children; Paul Rosenbloom and his wife, Pam of Sturbridge, MA and Marcia Ginsburg and her husband Norm of Avon, CT; and her beloved granddaughters; Rachel Ginsburg-Kramer and her husband Dan and Maya Ginsburg. She was predeceased by her brother Maury Simon.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 18, 2016 in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford, CT with Rabbi Philip Lazowski officiating. Interment will follow in the Beth Hillel Synagogue Cemetery, 100 Wolcott Road, East Granby, CT. Family will receive friends Thursday following the funeral with a service at 7:30 pm and Friday 11-3pm at the Ginsburg’s 7 Bridle Path Avon.
