Carol (Weisberg) Paul

Carol Paul, 86, of West Hartford, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2015, surrounded by her family. She was predeceased by the love of her life, Herbert Paul. She is survived by her devoted daughter Ellen Oland and her husband Mark, of Avon, CT, and her loving son, Arthur Green and his wife Theresa, of North Branford, CT. She is also survived by her late husband Herbert Paul’s children, Jo Roberts, Kenneth and Judy Paul, and Michael and Joanne Paul. She was blessed with 11 adoring grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren the joys of her life. She lived her life courageously, battling the ravages of Crohn’s disease for over 60 years, with strength, humility, stoicism, and grace.

Donations in her memory can be made to the Oland Casazza Family Endowed Fund at the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Foundation, which supports pediatric ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease research, 282 Washington Street, Hartford, CT 06106.
