Adeline (Cook) Marshall

Adeline (Cook) Marshall, 85, of Fenn Road, Newington, widow of Nathan Marshall, died Tuesday, November 29, 2005. Born in Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Chloe (Harless) Cook. Mrs. Marshall worked at Raphaels Department Store in New Britain for several years. She was a member of Congregation Tephereth Israel of New Britain, its Sisterhood, and a member of Hadassah. She leaves a daughter Carol Haspel of Ft. Lee, NJ; four sons: Charles Marshall and his wife Chris of Melbourne, FL, Edward Marshall of Newington, Richard Marshall and his wife Rosalind of Plainville, Stephen Marshall and his wife Lucinda of Newington; eight grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held TODAY, Wednesday, November 30th at 11:30 AM in the vestry of Congregation Tephereth Israel, 76 Winter St., New Britain with Rabbi Henry Okolica officiating. Interment will follow in the Beth Alom Cemetery, New Britain. Memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Tephereth Israel. Arrangements entrusted to Weinstein Mortuary, Hartford.
