Felix Wald of Falls Road, Moodus, husband Anne (Finkel) Kent Wald died Saturday, (August 25, 2007) at home. He was predeceased by his first wife Lillian Wald. He was an army veteran of World War II. A member of Congregation Beth Shalom Rodfe Zedek. A member of the Moodus Grange, the Jewish War Veterans and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a retired Poultry farmer. Besides his wife he is survived by his sons Marc Wald and his wife Andrea of Framingham, MA; Joel Kent and his wife Deborah of Windsor; daughters Alicia Kuschuk and her husband Gerald of Livingston, NJ; Fern Cohen and her husband Joel of Newington; a sister Sally Kurtz of Lakewood, NJ; eight grandchildren, Chani; Ilana; Alexander; Leah; Michael; Randee; Rachel; and Naomi and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be TODAY at 1 p.m. at Congregation Beth Shalom, Rodfe Zedek, 55 East Kings Highway, Chester with burial in the Synagogue Cemetery in Moodus. A memorial will be observed at his home through Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Beth Shalom, Rodfe Zedek, 55 East Kings Highway, Chester, CT 06412. Weinstein Mortuary has charge of arrangements.
