Message: Gloria and my Aunt Rose were best friends growing up in Brooklyn and she was a part of my mom's childhood as well. Gloria always sent articles about me from the Ledger to my mom and swelled with pride when she asked me how my mom is doing. I think of Gloria always with a smile and an open loving heart for every person she was in contact with. She Was one of the angels in the world and my life was richer having known her. May her memory be for a blessing. Rise Roth

Message: Your mom was such a friendly, bubbly woman. I spoke to her about 2 weeks ago. She enjoyed talking about her family and Willimantic. Mom was a very special lady. I will miss the smile in her voice. My deepest sympathy, Rona

Message: Gloria’s memory will be a blessing for her family and all of us that knew her. I met her as a young newlywed at a Hadassah meeting and was fortunate enough to work with her for decades. When I became president of the Hartford Chapter I had the privilege of working even more closely with Gloria. What a remarkable, bright, loving, caring, inspiring, encouraging , supportive, extremely interesting, proud Jewish woman she was. She only saw good in people and always let them know. Our world is a better place because of Gloria. She represents all that we are and shall be missed.

Our sincere sympathies to her family, to the Emanuel Synagogue, and to all those of us whom she touched. May her memory be as a blessing - she will be sorely missed. David & Barbara Klau
