Message: Dear Shirley, Linda, Mark, Steven and David and your entire family: Sandy and I send our love and condolences upon the loss of Ralph. He was a “prince” among his peers. Of all my great memories of Ralph, the one that most comes to mind is our twice weekly (sometimes three times a week) golf games at the former Cliffside Country Club with Len Saffir, Alan Mandell and Howard Feivou, either followed or preceded by lunch and conversation. At the Crown, Ralph was the master of public relations. He was very special, and will be missed by everyone whose path he crossed.

Message: My entire family is deeply saddened by Mr. Seltzer's passing. He was indeed "the best of men" and he was helpful, considerate, caring and always had a smile for anyone he met. When you walked into the Crown Supermarket, there was Ralph waiting to take care of you. When my daughter was born almost 41 years ago, he came to my house with a beautiful outfit for her. Three years later, he did the same when my son was born. He was there for the happy as well as the sad occasions. May his memory be for a blessing. I can't imagine how many people read his obituary this morning and felt a loss. To his entire family - we wish you peace and the time it will take to heal.
