Message: Dear Wendy and Shelley, I have such fond memories of running between yards and ending up in your kitchen on Proctor. Your mom always insisted on making certain we had something to eat. Over the years, she was genuinely interested in what we all were doing. Her warm smile and sparkle in her eyes were always welcoming- no matter the setting. You have years of wonderful memories. May they help to ease the loss. With sympathy and fondness, Terry Gellin

Message: my thoughts and prayers go out to Wendy and Shelley and the entire Norwitz famly. For many years, particularly when we both lived on Proctor Dr., Eddie and Esther were second parents to me and Janet. I will forever remember their kindness, good humor and love.

Message: We have so many fond memories of Esther and Eddie but the one that stands out is the annual Norwitz August cookout at their New London home. Family was first and foremost in their lives. Message: Dear Shelley and Wendy and family. I am so sorry about the loss of your dear mother. She was such a special, lovely lady. When Shelley would return to Connecticut and we would go out and your mother would join us, she was so cute and sparkly. We always had such a fun time. These times were special, too, since she reminded us of all of our mothers -- you were fortunate that your mother was with you for so long. I did not know that, despite her being such a sweet, fun lady, she was also a mighty woman -- her accomplishments are many and she was obviously a person of initiative. I will remember this about her, too, and be inspired. Condolences and warm and loving thoughts to you all. Eileen
