Message: Knowing Arthur is one of my earliest memories of Hartford. I had met my wife-to-be in 1944, and soon got to know Arthur and Rita because they were good friends with her from Weaver and earlier. We had a lot of fun through the years at parties, affairs, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, but somehow drew apart a bit in later years. We always respected Art for his knowledge, his integrity, and his love of family. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
