Message: Dear Eileen, Howard & Gary, It is an honor to pay tribute to a wonderfully sensitive lady. Back in the '50s, an important time in our lives, we were next door neighbors for 6 years in Bowles Park. Although "Mrs. Rosner" couldn't be all eyes in all places, she sure kept an eye out for any shenanigans on the back porch and in the back yard. Her responses to excessive rambunctiousness were swift and sure. She was my family's "2nd Mom". And yet she mixed that firmness with explanation and finally the smile that wouldn't quit. She could get the job done while still doing dishes at the kitchen window!! Just the mention of this lady has the memories flooding back. Please accept our thoughts and extend our condolences to your families. Fondly, Bob Fritsch
