Message: My aunt Greta was always there for me and I always appreciated it. She was my caregiver when I was a baby and my friend as I grew up. She was the person who I could talk to as a young adult and work out issues that were on my mind. I loved her very much and will miss her. She will always be in my heart.

Message: Greta was a special lady. I am confident now that she is at peace with her the loved ones who had gone ahead of her. May God give her all the goodness and joy she so deserved, and may all her loved ones who feel keenly this loss, be consoled with the thought that her life, though ended here, has reached a fulfillment that we, for ourselves, can only hope for. My continual prayers are with each of you and with Greta. God bless you. Sister Michele

Message: I am one of the lucky people who was allowed to meet, and know Greta. She was a wonderful woman with a beautiful soul. I knew her to be a hard worker, strong and determined. She was fascinating to sit with, listen to and learn from! I heard many stories of her "little" Farm, her life before and after coming to Colchester, and of course her children and grandchildren. Her eyes would light up, and she would always smile as she spoke of them with so much love. She always thought I was being silly when I complemented her coffee! "It's only instant", she would say!. Ahhh... But what she added in... Was love... She was one of those woman known as "The Salt Of the Earth"... She will be missed dearly... ? Bonnie Harper
