Message: Arthur Feinstein was the person I listened to LAST - he always had the best interests of the Jewish world as his guide. I admired him and valued his judgement. We, and the entire community, are saddened by his death.

Message: I am so terribly sad about Arthur's passing. I never realized what an impressive background he had during the war but clearly remember what a marvelous contributor he was to our Jewish community in time and with money. I'll miss him and feel so sorry that I cannot be there with his family at this time. Thank you for the memories.

Message: Dear Feinstein Family, I want to say how very sorry I am to learn of Arthur's passing. I first met him when he was a customer of my parents, Meyer & Celia Donn,at 49 Pearl Street. He was a gentleman, and a very personable and engaging "mensch". It was always a pleasure to chat with him at various events such as the Holocaust and Veterans programs at Beth El. His passing is a real loss both to the Hartford Jewish community, as well as to the "Greatest Generation" of WW II. May his memory be for a blessing, and may he rest in peace.

Message: Arthur was a wonderful leader in the Jewish community. His insights, dry humor and caring carried many of the agencies through difficult times. He was a man who told it like it was, but was willing to listen to both sides of a discuwsion. May his memory be for a blessing
