Message: Dear Karen and family, I cried and smiled as I read the beautifully expressed memorial to Ruthie. I thought also of how she opened her home to all of us kids in the neighborhood always! She was forever calm, patient and tolerant of us all as well as Saul's pranks! Even tolerated me practicing on her piano. Please know that I am thinking of you all and hoping that you can remember her in health and in good times. Sincerely, Barb Resnick

Message: May my Aunt Ruthie rest in peace. I have fond memories of my visits from California to Connecticut. I always stayed at Aunt Ruthie's. She was warm, friendly, comforting and very easy to be with. Our last visit together was a few years ago at my Aunt Ellie's in San Marcos, CA. I am grateful for having seen her at that time and I will always remember our loving times spent together. I will miss you Aunt Ruthie, rest peacefully.

Message: Even though we have lived across the country for some 60+ years, my memories of visits are clear in my mind. It seemed that not a day had past since we had seen each other. Aunt Ruth was do much fun, so caring so up for a good time. There was always laughter and joking around when she came together with my dad, Ruth's brother Bob (99), and Aunt Ellie here in California. Ruth was so petite, yet so dynamic. When I think of her, I always smile. I know you are having your 1/2 bagel and cream cheese, orange juice and coffee daily. Rest in Peace, Your niece, Carrie Ann
