Harold ad his first wife Marcia where the closest of friends of my late parents Leoard ad Sheila. Going back to when the families lived in Flushing Queens in the early 1960's. And later of course with Dorothy, the close relationship between our families continued. You always knew when you visited with Harold that he was happy to see you, to play host and hear about what was going on i your life,or good. He will be missed. Message: i took my grandmother pauline colella to see dr. safalow for ten years.i used to go in with her while he worked on her feet.he was the kindness most sincere doctor my grandmother ever had.we used to talk about everything.he was a good doctor and friend.i am very sorry!
