Message: So, so, so many wonderful memories spent with Uncle Sid- laughing, getting advice, marrying his best friend's son, and visiting wherever he was! He still IS to me! A fine man who listened with sincerity and love, and could always find humor and a smile. You have touched so many lives!

Message: We have many fond memories of square dancing with your parents. They were terrific people and we enjoyed the many good times we all had together. Whenever we were at the Hebrew Home, we visited with Sid and re-lived all those good laughs we shared. Our sympathies to you all on your loss.

Message: dear family [dan ] it was with deep sadness that i learned of sydney's passing as it was not to long ago that i talked with him at the hebrew home, when i was visiting a cousin, and we were just discussing the world in general and remembering "the old days" when he and my dad and i did business with each other along with eddy and albert and mr davis it was hard to grasp that i had known him more or less all of my life i know that no matter what words i can try to use to try express my efforts to give comfort for your loss only the memories of what he was as a person can hopefully fill the void my sincerest condolences to everyone ken rome
