Message: My love and thoughts go out to the entire Kamins family. Mrs. Kamins was the best neighbor a girl could ask for, a fixture in my life and will be deeply missed. I will never forget all the Girl Scout cookies she bought from me, or all the years she let us run across her yard to play, and all the amazing food she shared with us every single year! I am so thankful for the opportunity to know and love her, and to meet and hear stories of her wonderful family. I know that her friendship was also a real comfort to Grandpa Will when he lived with us. I am so glad I got to visit with her again in January and to see her excitement for her birthday plans with her family. She was so loved, and will be missed by so many. With sincerest sympathy and all my love, Chrissy.

Message: I am so happy my daughter Elisa DellaVecchia had a wonderful friend and neighbor Lillian. Elisa spoke highly of her and I was introduced to Lil and found her to be very interesting and kind. I spoke to her one month ago as she was inquiring about my health because we had a similar cancer. Thank you Lil for being so kind to Lisa, I always felt as though she looked after my daughter like a mother would. My sympathy to Shelly and extended family Rest in peace Lillian until we meet again, Arrivederci, Phyllis

Message: Mrs. Kamins was such a sweet person. A great neighbor that was always smiling. I have so many memories of her from her teaching me to knit, play cards and watching over us playing as kids in the yards. To the Kamins family, I am sorry for your loss. She will be missed.

Message: I send my deep condolences to Shelley, Ron, and Ricky. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you. When I am in West Hartford next time (maybe the end of this month) I would love to catch up with Shelley! I have fond memories of our years on Ballard Drive together. Your mom was a beautiful soul -- inside and out -- and I know she will be dearly missed by all of you. Love, Judy
